Help us keep moving towards our goal to be THE Sales Presentation thought leader for B2B services. 

We need a coordinator and more for our SquareStories podcast. 

This role includes everything in our podcast process:

• Scheduling guests 
• Follow-ups with guests
• Gathering assets
• Reviewing podcasts 
• Create the podcast summary
• Create the bit hits for social media
• Create the intro/outro

There are mailings to be mailed, office bits to be done, light errands to be run and for sure there is always more, that is why everyone at SquarePlanet is willing and able to shift gears at a moment’s notice, pitch in and execute. Flexibility is key. Think you are up for the challenge?  

You’ll need to be a consummate professional. We believe that all members of our team, as well as our clients, treat each other with honesty, respect, and compassion.  We are serious about integrity, doing the right thing no matter what is mission-critical.

You should have a strong desire to follow our protocol and procedure. But, you’re expected to speak up if you know a better way. You should be thrilled to jump in and help, knowing your greatest responsibility is actually to your fellow employees first.

The Basic Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to contribute to a small, vibrant and growing team 
• A self starter who doesn’t need a to-do list on a silver platter
• You don’t smell like dirty shoes
• You can take direction well and can create miles from inches
• 5 to 8 hours a week, some in the office, some not 
• You live in the Valley of the Sun.  Our world headquarters is centrally located near Piestewa (Squaw) Peak. 

Job Type: Part Time              Pay: $20.00 per hour
